Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all orders placed and contracts concluded via the IPTV Suisse website (hereinafter "the Seller"). By subscribing to our services, the customer expressly and unconditionally accepts these T&C.

2. Service Description

IPTV Suisse provides a digital subscription service (Internet Protocol Television) allowing access to a catalog of live television channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content via the internet. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability of specific channels, the catalog may evolve without notice.

3. Prices and Payment

The prices indicated on our website are expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF). We accept payments via Twint, Revolut, Neon, Yuh, Zak, or Bank Transfer. Service activation occurs only after full receipt of payment.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, no refunds are issued after the subscription is activated. We strongly recommend our new customers take advantage of our "1 Month Test" offer to verify the compatibility and quality of our service with their internet connection and hardware before subscribing to a long-term plan.

5. User Obligations

• The subscription is personal and cannot be shared, resold, or publicly broadcast.
• The use of a VPN is tolerated but not required.
• A stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps) is required from the customer. The seller cannot be held responsible for quality issues caused by the customer's internet service provider.

6. Suspension and Termination

The Seller reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice or refund in the event of a violation of these T&C, in particular in the case of unauthorized sharing of the M3U link or credentials (simultaneous multiple connections not included in the offer).

7. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These T&C are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising from these conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Switzerland.
